  • What are your hours of operation?

    Scheduled hours of operation are: 6am – 10pm Daily

  • How do we arrange pickup/drop off for our pet?

    Prior to scheduling service for the first time, our Pet Care Specialist will conduct a phone interview to determine if Pet Butler is a good fit to provide care for your pet. After this initial consultation over the phone, you will be invited to create your client log-in, which will allow you to provide care instructions and schedule service.

  • What are the requirements?

    You are responsible for supplying the necessary, safe equipment/supplies needed for care of your pet(s), including but not limited to: a sturdy, well-fit collar or harness. You authorize any purchases necessary for the satisfactory performance of duties. You agree to be responsible for the payment of such items, as well as service fees for obtaining items. We provide a leash. You represent that the dog(s) is/are free of any infectious disease and that the animal(s) are vaccinated for DHPP, Bordetella, Influenza and Rabies. You represent that the dog is free of contagious parasitic problems, whether internal or external (including fleas and ticks) and is free of any contagious skin disorder.

  • What if my dog requires private shuttle?

    Yes, we can provide a private pet shuttle.

  • What if I need to cancel?

    We understand that situations arise that require cancellation. There is no charge for pet shuttle cancellations 24 hours prior to pickup/drop-off.

  • What if my dog has an emergency?

    In the event that a pet appears to be ill, injured, or at significant risk of experiencing a medical problem while in our care, you give us permission to seek veterinary service from a veterinarian or a veterinary clinic. Your preferred veterinary services will be taken into consideration, however other veterinarians or emergency care clinics may need to be utilized without notice or prior authorization.
